What are the benefits of online coaching?
Powered by modern technology online personal training is flexible, convenient and fits around your schedule. There are no appointments and the type of training I recommend is simple to perform and extremely short in duration. Perfect for people with hectic work and family commitments.
Who do you work with?
My coaching service is an ideal fit for people who would like to lose some weight, get stronger and improve their fitness in a simple, sustainable and positive manner. If you are already very fit and/or looking for advanced and complicated training plans my coaching service will not be for you.
Do I need access to a gym?
Nope, I work with people who don’t have the time (or desire) to get to the gym.
Why one habit at a time?
It makes change easier! Crash diets and crazy workout schedules aren't sustainable and rarely work over the long haul. Focusing on less allows you to achieve more and the results are more likely to last.
Am I eligible for coaching?
At the risk of stating the obvious… getting in shape doesn’t happen by accident. To be eligible for coaching you must be 21 or over, living in the UK and ready to make change happen!
What experience do you have?
A degree in Applied Sports Science, a personal trainer qualification, a host of other nutrition and exercise certifications and most importantly 10+ years experience as a fitness coach helping hundreds of men and women with their body and fitness goals.
Do you treat medical conditions?
Sorry, I’m not a doctor or physio and can’t help you with medical conditions or injuries. Even if I could I am not sure online coaching would be the best format.
How much does it cost?
£139 per month. Some people just need help getting up and running whilst others prefer to work with me for much longer. I provide a rolling monthly service so you can decide when you are ready to continue on your own.
